Substrate Manufacturing Outgoing Inspector
Job Overview The outgoing inspector is responsible for conducting inspections and quality checks on substrate and other materials before they are shipped to customers or distributed to the market. The role involves ensuring that all items meet established quality standards and specifications to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation for quality.
Responsibilities and Duties
Inspect products for any defects, cosmetic issues, or deviations
Identify and document any defects or non-conformities in products and determine their severity and impact on product quality.
Generate inspection reports and documentation
Maintain organized and accurate records of inspection results, including any defects
Execute prescribed analysis methods with precision, ensuring reliable results.
Interpret spectra and chromatograms to identify chemical compounds
Participate in quality control procedures, including instrument calibration and performance checks.
Troubleshoot issues
Requirement
Experience in quality control, inspection, or a related role.
Minimum associate’s degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in a laboratory environment or as an assistant in chemical analyst
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in analytical
Understandings for material engineering
Knowledge of analytical techniques, and instrumentation.
Understanding Customer's Quality Document Requirements through Experience
