SUMMARY Our Client is a global company which produces semiconductor chips so we are looking for good candidates for this position. Perform daily inspections, operations, maintenance, and manage electricity consumption of various systems including electrical facilities, boilers, air conditioning units, HVAC, chilled water pumps, PCW refrigerators, CDA systems, scrubber facilities, and ultra-pure water production facilities. Responsible for daily checks and maintenance of various process gases, wastewater facilities, process exhaust facilities, in-factory climate control equipment, factory lighting, general building exhaust facilities, and managing and maintaining all process piping. Execute management of outsourced personnel and consumables, oversee utility facilities, and ensure regular replacement of clean room filters for enhanced productivity, safety, and quality. Salary D.O.E SCHEDULE Training Period Days Monday-Friday 8hr shift Non-rotating Day and Night Shift After Training Period 12-hr Day Shift After Training Period 12-hr Night Shift Off Every other Weekend RESPONSIBILITIES Daily inspection, operation, and maintenance. Operation, daily inspection, and maintenance of boiler facilities Daily inspection, operation, maintenance, and electricity consumption management of electrical facilities (TR, SWGR, PDP, UPS, etc.) Plumbing Maintenance Facilities (Boilers, Gas Tank, Gas Pipe, Chemical Pipes, PCW Tank and Pipe) Daily inspection of GN2 Gas supply facilities (Liquid Tank, Generator) Daily inspection of Process Gas (H2 gas and 8 other types) facilities Management of outsourced personnel and consumables (chemicals, etc.) for wastewater facilities HVAC Maintenance Refrigeration units CDA (Clean Dry Air) System, Moisturizer Control System Electrical Maintenance Facilities Management of other General Utility facilities Air handling unit, air chiller, and Steam boiler Process cooling water system Firefighting system (sprinkler and fire alarm) DI water system (Ultra high purity water system) Electric and control system Telecom Wet scrubber and Adsorption tower scrubber system Wastewater system REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 3 years and more experience of manufacturing facility maintenance (preferred) Industrial wastewater license (preferred) Boiler Class II license (preferred) Ability to work in fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of manufacturing process Able to cope with pressure and be a team player Able to stand and be on feet for up to 8-12 hours Must be a safety and quality conscious person Must be able follow detailed instructions to carry out tasks related to specific analysis work orders (applicable to specific job function) Teachable with the ability to demonstrate comprehension of sophisticated equipment and proven methodologies Demonstrates ability to lead teams related to projects and/or joint tasks Advanced troubleshooting skills with proven experience Able to demonstrate oneself as a quick learner Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour

Substrate Manufacturing Outgoing Inspector Job Overview The outgoing inspector is responsible for conducting inspections and quality checks on substrate and other materials before they are shipped to customers or distributed to the market.
